OIDC Bridge tests

This area acts as an independent OpenID Connect application. The bridge delegates PID verification to the Hub.

Provider issuer: https://login.openid4vc-hub.com

Discovery: https://login.openid4vc-hub.com/.well-known/openid-configuration

Authorization Code with mandatory PKCE S256. No Hub API key is used by this OIDC client.

Second application: PID + verified email

Independent OIDC client and callback, requiring a contact email verified separately by the bridge.
